Vishay VLM.335 Automotive Grade MiniLEDs
Vishay VLM.335 Automotive Grade MiniLEDs are capable of withstanding a 50mA drive current for automotive, industrial, and consumer applications. The VLM.335 series uses the highly-efficient AlInGaP/Si chip technology and is an advanced modification of the Vishay VLM.31 series. Vishay VLM.335 Automotive Grade MiniLEDs are housed in a PLCC-2 package that consists of a lead frame embedded in a white thermoplast. The reflector inside this package is filled with clear epoxy.
