STMicroelectronics TSZ151/TSZ152 Low Offset Voltage Op Amps
STMicroelectronics TSZ151/TSZ152 Low Offset Voltage Operational Amplifiers are single (TSZ151) and dual (TSZ152) operational amplifiers featuring very low offset voltages and virtually zero drift versus temperature changes. These devices offer rail-to-rail input and output, an excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and a 1.6MHz gain-bandwidth product while consuming just 210µA at 5V. The device also features an ultra-low input bias current. These features make the STMicroelectronics TSZ151/TSZ152 ideal for high-accuracy sensor interfaces.Features
