Qorvo QPF4550 5GHz Wi-Fi® 6 Front End Module

Qorvo QPF4550 5GHz Wi-Fi® 6 Front End Module (FEM) is designed for Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) systems. The QPF4550 features a 5150MHz to 5925MHz frequency range and provides up to 30dB transmit gain with a low 2.1dB noise figure. The compact form factor and integrated matching of the QPF4550 minimize the layout area in an application.

The performance is drawn from optimizing the power amplifier (PA) for a 5V supply voltage that conserves power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading-edge throughput. The Qorvo QPF4550 Modules feature integrated die-level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics and 2.4GHz rejection for DBDC operation.

The QPF4550 provides a simple solution by integrating a 5GHz PA, single-pole two-throw switch (SP2T), and bypassable low-noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device.
