MACOM MAVR-011020-1411 Flip-Chip Varactor Diode
MACOM MAVR-011020-1411 Flip-Chip Varactor Diode is a gallium arsenide hyper abrupt device with constant Gamma for linear tuning. The MAVR-011020-1411 from MACOM is fabricated on OMCVD epitaxial wafers using a process designed for high device uniformity and extremely low parasitics. This diode is fully passivated with silicon nitride with an additional polyimide layer for scratch protection. The protective coatings prevent damage to the junction during automated or manual handling. The flip-chip configuration is suitable for pick and place insertion.
