Lumex QuasarBrite 0805 RGB LEDs
Lumex QuasarBrite 0805 RGB LEDs feature AllnGan high brightness chip technology. Peak wavelengths are 632nm, 530nm and 486nm. QuasarBrite 0805 RGB LEDs have a milky white diffused lens. Typical forward voltage is 2V for the red channel and 3V for the green and blue channels. Forward current is 20 to 80mA and the power dissipation is 72mW for the red channel and 78mW for the green and blue channels.
