Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5046 Si SP4T Reflective Switch (0.1 to 44GHz)
Analog Devices ADRF5046 Si SP4T Reflective Switch (0.1GHz to 44GHz) is designed to operate from 100MHz to 44GHz with an insertion loss lower than 3.0dB and isolation higher than 31dB. The ADRF5046 has an RF (Radio Frequency) input power handling capability of 27dBm for both the through path and hot switching. Developed using a silicon process, the ADRF5046 provides complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)-/low voltage transistor-transistor logic (LVTTL)-compatible controls. This broadband switch draws a low current of 3μA on the positive supply of +3.3V and -110μA on the negative supply of -3.3V.The ADRF5046 is offered in a compact, 20-terminal, RoHS compliant Land Grid Array (LGA) package, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
