This diode features proprietary silicon avalanche technology and provides electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for electronic equipment. The module safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV without performance degradation (contact/air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2). Additional features include low leakage current and low clamping voltage. Littelfuse AQ1205-01FTG Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, halogen free, lead free, and RoHS compliant. Applications include automotive, battery protection, battery management systems (BMS), computer peripherals, medical equipment, switches / buttons, test equipment / instrumentation, and more.
