ChipGuard® CG0201MLU Series ESD Protectors

Bourns ChipGuard^® CG0201MLU Series ESD Protectors are ultra-low capacitance single-channel ESD protectors specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge damage. These devices protect equipment to IEC 61000-4-2, Level-4 (±8kV contact /±15kV air discharge) ESD specifications targeted for high-speed USB 3.2, HDMI 1.4/2.0 applications and antenna circuits. The CG0201MLU ESD protectors feature an ultra-quick response time of less than 1ns, 0.05pF low capacitance, and less than 10nA leakage currents with excellent clamping qualities. These qualities make the devices and components almost transparent under normal working. Typical applications include USB 3.2 Gen 1/Gen 2, HDMI 1.3/1.4/2.0, SATA and eSATA interfaces, SIM card ports, and memory protection.
