MA44781 Dual Pair Anti-Parallel PIN Diode

MACOM MA44781 Dual Pair Anti-Parallel PIN Diode is designed for MRI applications. This PIN diode is housed in a non-magnetic surface mount package and has an anti-parallel self-bias configuration. There are two sets of two PIN diode pairs, constructed in opposing configurations. This device acts as a passive switch using silicon PIN diodes. This MA44781 device is RoHS compliant and 260ºC reflow compatible.
