General Purpose MLCCs for Snubber Circuits

The metal terminal-type multilayer ceramic capacitors are designed for IGBT snubber circuits used in industrial equipment. The capacitors use a temperature-compensating ceramic with minimal capacitance variation, making them ideal for use as components in snubber circuits that handle large voltages during switching and where compactness and heat tolerance are required. Murata General Purpose MLCCs for Snubber Circuits have a capacitance range of 8.2nF to 94nF and a rated voltage of 630VDC to 1250VDC.
