RClamp® 3552TQ ESD Protection Array

Semtech RClamp® 3552TQ ESD Protection Array provides ESD protection to an IEC 61000-4-2 on highspeed ports. The 3552TQ Array utilizes Semtech’s proprietary low-voltage technology, designed to minimize the ESD peak clamping and TLP clamping voltage. RClamp 3552TQ devices feature a snap-back mode that retreats to a low on-state voltage when the device's breakdown voltage is exceeded. The snap-back mode results in an advantage in lowering the overall ESD clamping voltage. The ESD clamping voltage is minimized when the 3552TQ is in the on-state mode, where the dynamic resistance is typically 0.30Ω.
