Microchip Technology 1N6111AUS/TR Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) features a voidless, hermetically sealed, bidirectional design and is military qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/516. The 1N6111AUS/TR provides a Working Peak Standoff Voltage selection from 5.7V to 152V with a 500W rating for a 10µs to 1000µs pulse. The 1N6111AUS/TR is ideal for sensitive circuits and high-reliability applications.

The Microchip Technology 1N6111AUS/TR Transient Voltage Suppressor is available in a 3.76mm x 5.72mm SQ-MELF (Square Metal Electrode Leadless Face) package with a -55°C to +175°C junction temperature range.
