KYOCERA AVX SV High-Voltage Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX High-Voltage Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are AEC-Q200 qualified and rated for 600VDC to 5kVDC. These automotive-grade capacitors feature radial leads that enable the mechanical decoupling of the MLCC from the board. The radial leads also provide the maximum mechanical stress relief necessary for harsh automotive applications. KYOCERA AVX High-Voltage MLCCs are conformally coated to eliminate the potential for arc flashover. The series also provides excellent high-frequency performance and capacitance retention with frequency.

    • 10pF to 0.15µF for C0G
    • 100pF to 0.47µF for N1500
    • 100pF to 2.2µF for X7R
  • 0.15% or 2.5% maximum dissipation factors
  • Insulation resistance at 500V (whichever is less)
    • 100KMΩ or 1000MΩ-µF minimum at +25°C
    • 10KMΩ or 100MΩ-µF minimum at +125°C
  • -55°C to +125°C operating temperature range
  • 120% rated voltage dielectric strength for 5 seconds
  • 100% rated life test at +125°C
