Eaton PTSLR PTC Resettable Fuses

Eaton PTSLR PTC Resettable Fuses provide overcurrent and overtemperature protection in a variety of applications and come in 0805, 1206, 1210, and 1812 chip sizes. PTSLR PTC Resettable Fuses offer hold currents from 0.75A to 5A and can interrupt fault currents up to 50A at maximum rated voltage. During fault conditions, these fuses offer a high resistance to prevent current from flowing in the circuit until the cause of the fault is removed and the device cools. Unlike one-time fuses, PTSLR fuses don’t need to be replaced immediately after a trip. PTSLR fuses offer lower initial resistance than other PTC fuses (as low as 1mΩ), which helps improve power loss across the device in normal operation. PTSLR fuses are ideal for use in rechargeable battery packs, USB ports, and small DC motors.
