Bourns 2031-xxT-SM 2-Pole Gas Discharge Tubes

Bourns 2031T-xxT-SM 2-Pole Gas Discharge Tubes are designed for use with Bourns TBU® High-Speed Protectors to provide an ideal protection solution for industrial applications. These GDT devices provide coordinated overvoltage protection for TBU High-Speed Protector models. They provide extremely fast overcurrent protection and overvoltage protection against electrical transients - in less than 1µs at the rated current. Bourns 2031T-xxT-SM 2-Pole Gas Discharge Tubes can transition into conduction at a voltage below its maximum impulse rating, protecting the TBU device from overvoltage and shunting the surge energy to ground.
