Bourns P6SMB-Q Transient Voltage Suppression Diodes
Bourns P6SMB-Q Transient Voltage Suppression Diodes are packaged in a compact DO-214AA (SMB) size format and are ideal for surge and ESD protection applications. The P6SMB-Q diodes offer breakdown voltages from 6.8V up to 250V within a -55°C to +150°C temperature range. Typical fast response times are less than 1.0 picosecond for unidirectional devices and less than 5.0 picoseconds for bidirectional devices from 0V to the minimum breakdown voltage.
