Bourns DV Medium Voltage Varistors

Bourns DV Medium Voltage Varistors are designed to protect electronic equipment against high voltage surges in the medium voltage region. These devices provide transient energy absorption through improved energy volume distribution and power dissipation. Bourns DV varistors cover an operating voltage range of 11Vrms to 300Vrms, with maximum surge currents from 100A to 1200A. The transient voltage suppressors tolerate common water-cleaning procedures and humidity. They have an operating ambient temperature of -40°C to +125°C. These surface-mount varistors feature a low profile of 1.4mm to 2mm in two main package sizes: 3225 and 4032 (2220 is also available).
