Bourns CD214A, CD214B, and CD214C Rectifier Chip Diodes are compact, low-profile SMD rectifier diodes featuring low forward voltage and high current capability. These modules have a 0.96mm or 1.1mm profile and are ideal for portable electronics, communications, computing, and video equipment applications. Bourns CD214A, CD214B, and CD214C Rectifier Chip Diodes are designed to be mounted directly onto an FR4 PCB and fit the SMA (DO-214AC), SMB (DO-214AA), or SMC (DO-214AB) footprint.
