Analog Devices Inc. LTM4631 Ultra-thin DC/DC μModule Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LTM4631 DC/DC μModule® Regulators include ultra-thin dual 10A or single 20A output μModule step-down DC/DC regulators. The regulators are housed in a 1.91mm LGA package with a 16mm x 16mm footprint.

The LTM4631 regulators operate from a 4.5V to 15V input voltage and have a 0.6V to 1.8V voltage output range. The regulators support two outputs. Each output can deliver up to 10A continuous current. In addition, the regulators support output voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing.

With LTM4631's from Analog Devices Inc. high switching frequency and current mode architecture, the devices provide a fast transient response to line and load changes while maintaining stable operation. The regulators can operate in multi-phase or Burst Mode® to optimize performance.
