Analog Devices Inc. HMC84xx Wideband Low Noise Amplifiers

Analog Devices HMC84xx product family features gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), low noise amplifiers (LNAs) with wide bandwidths. Bandwidth ranges include 0.01-10GHz and DC to 28GHz. 

The HMC84xx amplifiers offer a high gain, low noise figure, and high output third-order intercept (IP3). The devices’ saturated output power (PSAT) of up to 22.5dBm enables the HMC84xx LNAs can serve as a local oscillator (LO) driver. 

With inputs/outputs (I/Os) internally matched to 50Ω, the HMC84xx amplifiers are well-suited for surface-mounted technology (SMT)-based, high-capacity microwave radio applications.
