Analog Devices Inc. HMC807LP6CE series features 12.4-13.4GHz Fractional-N Phase-Locked-Loops (PLLs) with an integrated Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) and ultra-low phase noise. HMC807LP6CE operates with a 100kHz to 220MHz input reference frequency range and typical 8dBM output power. The advanced delta-sigma modulator design in the fractional PLL allows both ultra-fine step sizes and very low spurious products. Analog Devices Inc. HMC807LP6CE's highly integrated structure delivers excellent phase noise performance over temperature, shock, and process.
