Analog Devices Inc. HMC1126 and HMC1126ACEZ Amplifiers are ideal for use in test instrumentation, microwave radios and VSATs, military and space applications, telecommunications infrastructure, and fiber optics. The HMC1126ACEZ series features gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transfer (pHEMT), low-noise amplifiers that operate from 400MHz to 52GHz. These modules offer 12dB of typical gain, 28.5 dBm typical output third-order intercept (OIP3), 17.5dBm typical output power at 1dB gain compression (OP1dB), and a 3.5dB typical noise figure at 10GHz to 26GHz. The ADI HMC1126 module is a GaAs, pHEMT, monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), distributed power amplifier that operates from 2GHz to 50GHz. Other features include 11dB of gain, 28dBm output IP3, and 17.5dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression. The HMC1126 has a die size of 2.3mm x 1.45mm x 0.05mm.Features
