Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADGM1304 Evaluation Board

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADGM1304 Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the ADGM1304 SP4T MEMS Switch. The ADGM1304 is a highly linear, low insertion loss switch that is operational from 0Hz/DC to 14GHz. This wide RF bandwidth makes the ADGM1304 an ideal solution for a wide range of RF and precision equipment switching needs. The EVAL-ADGM1304 Evaluation Board features a pre-mounted ADGM1304 in a compact, 24-lead, 5mm x 4mm x 0.95mm, lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP).

The EVAL-ADGM1304 Evaluation Board includes SMA connectors for RF in/RF out and SMB connectors for switch control signals. The Evaluation Board is controlled by the EVAL-SDP-CB1Z System Demonstration Platform (not included) which connects to a PC via USB. The Analog Devices Analysis Control Evaluation (ACE) software can then be used to set registers and evaluate the target device. All registers of the ADGM1304 are fully accessible from the ACE software and can be edited at a bit level.
