Analog Devices Inc. ADuM3152 SPIsolator™ Digital Isolators

Analog Devices ADuM3152 SPIsolator™ Digital Isolators consists of seven-channel dedicated 3.75kVrms digital isolators, optimized for isolated serial peripheral interfaces (SPIs) with 1/2 aux channel directionality. Developed using proprietary iCoupler® chip-scale transformer technology, ADuM3152's low propagation delay in the CLK, MO/SI, MI/SO, and SS SPI bus signals supports SPI clock rates of up to 17MHz. These channels operate with a 14ns propagation delay and 1ns jitter to optimize timing for SPI. The ADuM3152 isolators also provide two additional independent low data rate isolation channels, one channel in each direction. Data in the slow channels are sampled and serialized for a 250kbps data rate with 2.5μs of jitter.
