Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5040 High Isolation SP4T Switches

Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5040 High Isolation Single-Pole, Quad-Throw (SP4T) Switches are general-purpose, broadband, non-reflective switches covering the 9kHz to 12GHz range. Housed in a 4mm × 4mm LFCSP surface-mount package, the ADRF5040 Switches offer high isolation of 34dB and a low 0.8dB insertion loss up to 8GHz.

Operating from a positive control range of 0V to 3.3V, the ADRF5040 Switches exhibit excellent power handling capabilities. Requiring +3.3V and −3.3V supplies, the devices have a 33dBm through path and 27dBm termination path. Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5040 Switches deliver typical high linearity of 37dBm (P1dB) and 58dBm at 8GHz (IIP3). The switches also have a 9μs RF settling time with a 0.05dB margin of the final radio frequency output (RFOUT).
