Analog Devices Inc. ADG5404 High Voltage Latch-up Proof Multiplexers
Analog Devices ADG5404 High Voltage Latch-up Proof Multiplexers are complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) analog multiplexers with four single channels. ADG5404 Multiplexers are developed using a trench process that guards against latch-up. The P and N channel transistors are separated by a dielectric trench to prevent latch-up even under severe overvoltage conditions. The devices switch one of four inputs to a common output, D, as indicated by the 3-bit binary address lines, A0, A1, and EN. Each switch performs equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. When in the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. All switches exhibit break-before-make switching action. ADG5404's very flat on-resistance profile over the full analog input range delivers excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. Analog Devices ADG5404 High Voltage Latch-up Proof Multiplexers are well-suited for relay replacement, automatic test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics, audio & video switching, and communication systems.
