Analog Devices Inc. AD5675/R Octal, 16-Bit nanoDACs

Analog Devices AD5675/R Octal, 16-Bit nanoDACs with I²C interface are low-power digital-to-analog converters that include a gain select pin, giving a full-scale output of VREF (gain=1) or 2 x VREF (gain=2). The AD5675R version includes a 2.5V, 2 ppm/°C internal reference. AD5675/R nanoDACs operate from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and are guaranteed monotonic by design. The design incorporates a power-on reset circuit and a RSTSEL pin that ensures that the DAC outputs power up to zero scale or midscale and remains there until a valid write. AD5675/R nanoDACs provide a power-down mode, reducing the current consumption to 1μA typical while in power-down mode. These devices feature a versatile 2-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 400kHz and includes a VLOGIC pin intended for 1.8V to 5V logic.
